Rate inclusive of tax in batch allocations not showing value

in batch allocations after inserting quantity i m able to fetch last billed rate for respective party and stockitem but rate inclusive of tax field in batch allocations remains empty and on batch allocations form accept it shows in voucher. Pls Help
