Overwrite duplicate vouchers in Tally Prime

When I exported Vouchers from Tally Prime for specific date and imported the same data into tally below results observed.

Tally settings:
Tally version :4.0
Import configuration :
Behavior of import when exception exist - "Record exception and import"
Overwrite Voucher when a voucher with same GUID exists(for xml format) - "NO"

Voucher setting:


Results Observed :
When same data imported back to tally Only few vouchers recreated instead of all vouchers.
example:
In first time exported data 4 Vouchers present of type VCHTYPE="Journal" ; but after importing instead of 8 only 5 present in tally.

Why this error coming? how to Overwrite Voucher through XML request ?

I have already tried adding below tag in import xml but didn't help.
