Hi Friends, I Create one optional sales order voucher and create a order, but when I track the order in regular sales order and I was used full order but Order are not closed. please help me.
Mr. Amit, First of all i would like to tell that by making Sales Order as Optional Voucher it will not affect the stock. Secondly the use of the same is as follows kindly go through it.: 1. Create One Sales Order Voucher as Optional By Default and name it as Sales Order. 2. Rename Sales Order Voucher as Order Acceptance Voucher with No Optional. 3. Suppose you received the order for 500 Pcs from a party. Then pass the entry in Sales Order Optional Voucher. 4. After that if your company is accepting only 300 Pcs order then pass the Sales Order entry without optional voucher. 5. Relatively fetch the sales order number done in without optional voucher. That's It. You should set Prefix & Suffix details for both the vouchers so that it can be understandable for you.
