Need to generate E-Sugam No Automatically

I need to generate E-Sugam No Automatically by sending Invoice details to Esugam website and accept E-Sugam no from website. So that we can avoid user to key in invoice details again and again in the Esugam website.

Please provide any ideas on how to achieve this.
