Need 2 query, how to add agent to invoice & adding 2 units for single items

Hi,
1.) I need help to add agent to every sales and purchase invoice. Also i want to know if i can then display agent wise list.

2). I buy rice which has 2 units quintal and bags which i want to manage seperately, for example

Default Column

Name Of Item Quantity Rate Amount
Rice 100 Qtl 10 10000

I want one more quantity column
Name Of Item Quantity(Bags) Quantity Rate Amount
Rice 300 Bags 100 Qtl 10 10000


Is this possible please help.
