   so basically the dimensions/formatting of the invoice change after the invoice is printed. Everything seems perfect in preview mode, but on printing it the signature shifts upwards. Any way to lock it?

   not possible to lock..............
   
   as i advised earlier.......use conditional formula ........... the size of the image is big........so make it smaller.
