Import PriceList Xml

Dear Experts and Admin sir,

I want to Change the Item price in XML Format.

So, I export From PriceList

From Gateway -- InventoryInfo -- Pricelist

Select one priceLevel and export it in Xml format

and Change ItemPriceList and import the date

Tally delete the old priceLevels. so i use

Append="Yes" It is working but on that day Same item comes in many times

Please give any idea
