How to control a Menu Item?

You can control a Menu Item in two ways

1)At menu definition you can make use of an attribute ‘Control’ for controlling a menu display. This will not display menu item

Example

[Menu: Inventory Info.]

Control : @@locGodowns : $$IsMultiGodownOn AND @@IndianAccTerminology


2)In Case you wish to display the item however would like the Item to be inactive you can give an additional Parameter at Key Item

Example

[Menu: Accounts Info.]

Key Item : @@locCostCategories : O : Menu : Cost Categories : $$IsCostCategoryOn:$$CurrentSimpleCompany
