I think you want to prevent duplicates??? So "Unique" will not work............ What you need to do is make a collection of all the mobile numbers and then at the field level make a CONTROL for duplicates.
Doing this.... during ledger selection all the mobile numbers put in Alias will display on top as number takes precedence in sorting.
do agree, but reduces the process time for checking.... more over doesn't matter if it comes first in table other way is to disable alias in ledger table, and add Format : $Onlyalias so that it is next to $name in table
