Terms & conditions

I'm not a programmer or someone who sells code
i have tried to use the sample terms & conditions tdl & tried to modify to my needs for my work
im trying to modify the tdl, but am stuck
kindly find attached the sample of what i need

 

Dear Amit
if you run the tdl attached, the terms & conditions are only printed on the right side
there is empty space on the left side in the invoice
i was hoping to use this empty space on the left side along with the space on the right side so that i can get more than 3 line
so on the left side the terms & conditions would be from 1 to 3, and then on the right side terms & conditions would be from 4 to 6

It is very use full.
I want to like print same terms when sale item category = "Trading". I have many item categories i.e. "Trading", "Finish"....
but want to print terms when sales invoice having "Trading" item.
can you pleas guide me.
