TDL LOCK

How can we lock TDL with serial number without defining TDL path ?
How can we define expiry of TDL ?

can you add user control on tdl configure . only admin can manage local tdl or user type = owner can manage the local tdl by pressing f4

i have a TDL in Notepad.. i want to lock it for a particular serial number. How can i do that?

 

Restricting without compilation how?
anyone can change .txt or .tdl file that we write
we can simply bypass that control if we can edit that one

This does not work for
two conditions
1. If Some one change TDL Path in TallyIN file
2. If more than one TDL is loaded

I have tried but not succeeded
