sir , Is it possible that Remark or Narration is a must before delete or cancels any voucher? so in future, we can know why this voucher was deleted or cancelled by the user or why we cancelled/ deleted that time. so we can know that which party voucher was deleted? Is it possible Tdl for this.
One does not need a TDL for this.......... Before Cancellation ..... add remarks at END of narration ....... e.g. CANC-RMK :- This has been cancelled due to duplication. and then cancel the voucher.
you have to write a function for the same in which you have to use ON BEFORE DELETE and put the narration and save it... Deletetion will not help as it removes the record directly hence you will not achieve anything even if you put narration etc as there would be no list untill you save it in Aggregate UDFS... cancellation you can try
sir , If we use recycle bin tdl for that, it will save voucher as option voucher and we can see there.
Then why DELETE ??? simply alter all vouchers to be deleted....put remarks in narration and make it OPTIONAL........ again......to reiterate..... there is no need for a TDL.
