Print related problem

I have designed a report....Where I have taken 5 different fields, in which I am selecting from a stock item list table.....After all selections of item names ....I am printing the following report....but item names selected in those fields are not coming in the print how do I do it?

 

You are not storing the value; your report has nothing to display, thus it can not print format.

or you can set the value at field level with the help of a formula.

 

I have already solved it, printing it without saving it...Thanks Anyway (y)
