Marine Insurance Intimation

Dear Developers,

I have following query in regard to attached TDL:

1) Why not getting LR No.
2) Risk covered amount has to be tracked .
3) Want to reduce sales +10% from risk covered amount if required .

Case is :
1)Marine insurance purchased by paying Rs.1000/- premium
2)Risk cover is for say Rs. 1,35,000/-
3)From tally we can get figure of Rs. 1000/- as we have booked expenses.
4)How to get figure for risk cover provided for 1,35,000/- is it possible to relate it with some field i.e. Bank OD? without impacting account.
5)Insurance intimation is required on every sales amount + 10% of sales has to be reduced from risk cover amount attached tdl will be used for the same.

Is their any work around to record risk cover amount and reducing sales +10% from risk covered when ever required to keep track of marine Insurance policy.
