    Please help me to add a Button on Ledger Alteration Screen.

    Sir,

    Please tell me the name of that Form.. I am not able to locate it.

    I tried it as Ledger but not working..

    Then put up the appropriate screenshot....... you say you want a button in "Ledger Alteration", but your screenshot does not look like it at all.....show the real screenshot of the report where you want your button.
