the reporting is basically made to track the outstanding purchase order. so for that i made columns of status and expected delivery along with items and vendor details so the problem in my report was that i was not able to save the input in the report. and thats what the requirement is. the report basically removes the item once the purchase order is closed. so with that the input should be removed. so for that if we create two part report than both parts have to linked as well
