Hi sir Do u wanted to show closing and opening balance of the partyledger in daybook?? with total? if yes then Identify the line of the partyledger showing in daybook and add a line then field. Then write a collection fetch opening balance and closing balace in the collection and then fetch closing balance and opening balalce "in the default collection of daybook" and set method name in the added field . your are done with requriment.. All the best... Default collection is "[Collection: Daybook Vouchers of Company]" fetch method name in the collection..
thanks for replay. sir i want New TDL for day book .that day book start with opening Cash balance on a day in credit side and added with total credit amount .then the total credit Amount minus with total Debit amount To get Closing cash balance .please see the excel sheet same like i want day book TDl
Already there in Tally itself, so what is new / different in your form? And why do you need Opening cash on credit side which is opposite of accounting norms? And you want to add the credits --- means payment made -- should be added !!!
Cash in hand is current asset . assets are always shows debit balance . in Cash Book opening cash shows debit balance ,cash payment shows credit side cash receipts shows debit side. in day book payment in Debit side & Receipts are in credit side. so that opening cash balance caome to credit side in Day book. i want TDL Cash Day book.
Why ??? What is the problem in using CASH with daily ????? Anyway i prefer following the Accounting principles.............. as laid down since 100 of years. So your format does not compute for me.............
