you can use this tcp file which i got from internet and use this procedure for enable it
1) Enable Addons of header & Footer From gateway of Tally > F11 > Add On feature
2) Goto Master > Account Info > Voucher Type > Sales > Alter
3) Enable Header & Footer logo to Yes
4) copy Header & Footer image From Destination and save it

Header & Footer Image Size( only Jpeg or Bmp )
height : 1 inch -- > Header
Height: .75 inch --> Footer

Pixel : Horizontal : 1100
Vertical : 140
