Hello ,Friends my Concern is New 2.0 have new Field "Medium Prompt2" I want to replace this. My Client Have another TDL Which have Same Name Field And he not Getting Support From that Developer. so any Suggestion or Idea ?/ i have tried [#Line: GSTReWay VchDetails] Replace:Field: Medium Prompt :Medium Prompt23 Field : Medium Prompt, IRN CancelVchNo, Medium Prompt23, IRN CancelVchDate Space Bottom: 0.25 Local : Field : Medium Prompt : Info : $$LocaleString:"Voucher No." Local : Field : Medium Prompt23 : Info : $$LocaleString:"Voucher Date" Local : Field : IRN CancelVchNo : Width : 30 to change but then i found in new update their is many places Field MEdium PRompt2 so how can i resolve this ?
By this..........[#Line: GSTReWay VchDetails] ... you are only referring to that LINE and its Field, so it will not affect the REST of TALLY's default. Also you need to define the new MEDIUM prompt23 ...................
Also as per above you are trying to replace field "Medium Prompt" or "Medium Prompt2" ?? cause, you have replaced the field "Medium Prompt" and not "Medium Prompt2".

Field --- [Field: Medium Prompt] and Field --- [Field: Medium Prompt2] are one and the same .......... so WHY you want to change that??? Since same Field Name cannot be used more than once in a LINE, they have made a duplicate of that. So why are you trying to do unnecessary coding ????
sir , my customer have tcp but that was authorized so that can not be open in my pc so my customer give me old demo tdl which he checked before buying , so i have changed system date and load the tcp so i can found the error but it show error when we load
Ok... but hold on ..... tell your client to send screenshots so I can examine the probability. Most likely, this will not be the only issue....... after you change this field, it might throw up another error.... so before you make wholesale efforts, first get the screenshots from your Client.
Best way....I suggest you contact Tally solutions and ask them to change the TCP, since your Clients are the rightful purchaser.
Right now, there are not many instances of Medium Prompt2 so you can refer to all of them and change it. but later on, if more such fields are introduced in future versions, you will need to update each and every one of them.
Yes.... load the TCP and hover your mouse cursor over the field...you will get the Field name, not the LINE or Part....
Other than the above, do not try to Hack or crack or even ASK about it ............ it is not permitted in this forum........
