How to block stock billing with reason

Sir,
please provide TDL for how to stop or block billing for Inventory (Products)
with mentioning reason for block.

Please help to get this TDL

But please see attached pic, TDL was activated by block option is not showing in stock master.

sorry to inform but still not working in in tally 6.3 normal and even in Edu. mode also, only one TDL checked.
please check attached image also.
you can able to use because of devl. mode may be.

 

In Edu mode also not working. My request to check
